sometimes a short run is all it takes

you know what? it’s kind of uplifting when you find that you just like to run.

I’m not quick, I’m not slow, I sometimes go further, I sometimes go short – today only 4K, and picked up trash along the way, just because it felt the right thing to do – and checked to see what the beavers had been up to….

for mental health, to get some fresh air, because I had to do something before going to buy groceries…..I just like to run………

Today, I needed 3K, that’s what a schedule I’m using said, so I did 4…….and enjoyed it….

Do I have a goal?…..a half marathon in February……maybe here, maybe in Vancouver…as long as it’s in person, I am so done with virtual…..I need to smell salt water and low tide..

I’m kind of job shopping too……I keep thinking, can I teach/coach/inspire? can I earn some $$$$ doing that, and how….I keep looking at other blogs and web pages that do that, and I don’t understand the attraction………I’ve done pretty much everything, and what I see and read is so, well, beyond what I think most want…..

do they just want to run 5K or a marathon…well, I could get someone there – I have

do they want to get healthy and just make running a regular part of their lives?

gotta say, that’s what I would love to do…take someone, anyone, a bunch of people, and get them on the roads, paths and trails….and get them to just run, be active, be happy, to Run Happy.….yeah, that would be great…but, well, then I’d to find people that wanted that…I could do that……

I know product, I know what works and what doesn’t…..I know what running should look like and feel like…and I just yeah, can you teach someone to be happy, to run happy, to run positive…..share the secret?………

what would that be worth?…..I’ve seen what others charge, really?…for a bunch of talking, maybe some interaction, an email, a zoom call, or maybe something in person?…..a schedule…..and over how long, for as long someone wants, or $5 a session, or $50 over 10 weeks……?…..

still thinking, maybe I’ll think during tomorrow’s run..or maybe I’ll bike, or do some yoga…and have fun running……..so

maybe not so frustraited.
