I Rest I Shop….then I Run

Yep….7 on 7 may not happen, unless I run in the dark at 7:30 tonight………a bit of a headache this morning, legs are chirping at me, but a 3K in the dark may be okay…we’ll see….

Yesterdays 3K became 5K and was a joy……I jogged passed our local Rememberance Ceremony up a favorite local hill

through a hidden path through a fave neighborhood…and down a newer path that I’ve grown to love so much that I seem to include on every St. Albert run…

and I guess I’m the shadow….

It’s been a great autumn, the weathers been co-operating….and even though I still seem to struggle to get out the door, but it seems that once I begin, step out that door…..I just go, and not really pay attention where or how far I go, or how quick…I just so enjoy the ride….

A few things that get be going though are, well, yeah, looking out my front window….as soon as I see someone run by the house, I’m going……..and well, new gear…so this morning, SHOPPING!!…..okay on-line while I look out that window…..lots of cool stuff on Lululemon’s site (I’m on their everyother day…window shopping?)……

I know I know I’m not Lulu’s target market…I’m old, I’m a guy…..but some of their stuff works, if not always for my active lfe, but for comfort, relaxing, everyday athleisure stuff…

I do like local gear too…again, I window/online shop…I am a senior on sort of fixed income…but Earthgroove keeps me interested….some is way too flashy for this Grateful Deadhead even, but pretty sharp…and well, I know people that know people..so support local…just cause

I’m not going to pose…I don’t do that…….but yeah…

So TODAY I’m chilling before heading towards the store soon…

I;m thinking about a late short run after I put in my hours..and then the weekend….

taking a clinic (a half marathon virtual) and then final meet for my virtual learn to run, and then getting ready for my next……

tomorrow may become putting up the Christmas Lights day, or…..maybe a walk with the daughter

and some active stuff…think I’m responsible for dinner….but yeah, run, run, Rudolph
