Yeah…I’m still frustrated, but what’s frustrated me a lot, is that I misspelled frustrated, and two, listening to, and following all there is out there about running…….and seriously, it’s just running.

Sure there are things that some have to learn, mostly suggestions – coaching? – but seriously it’s just a pair of shoes, and a desire, that’s it.

We can make it easier, we can address some of the gear questions, but, we all ran as kids, we rode bikes, we swam, some of us skated….we never asked, are we doing this right?
