11 Days – a really strong day I needed that!

Started the day in da gym…pumping iron…decided to just stick to the basics, I don’t need to focus on triceps and biceps, just leg presses and curls, benches, shoulders, and back…..a good 30 minutes and then it was time for a 5K run…to map out what my run club was to do

it was a sweet run…enjoyed it, it just felt right…….chilled a bit the rest of the day, and then the Run Club reunion was on!

a good group of 16…a good variety of paces, a great group of people….hopefully a fun 5K

I’m feeling a little sore, but this is what life is supposed to be like…..just doing what I love…..will have to see what tomorrow brings!
