The day the dryer died!!!!

Also a morning with another fun run……

okay, an old picture , back before the beard turned weird….but yeah, groups make me quicker, stronger and more committed….

I always wonder why anyone would follow me, I’m usually inspired by everyone else….but today, me and 6 other people, an easy 10K…I only managed to get everyone lost once – maybe twice – just over an hour, and found a new route…so all good…

Between that, and leading yet another clinic (the next starts in June)…and selling shoes, two Run Clubs, going to Vancouver to run, race, work, and have fun……life just, somehow managed to rock for this loser..

This has kind of hit me, I’m 63 going on 18, retired going on 8 years…enjoying life, kind of……

I pretty much look forward to everyday…..everyday feels so positive….okay, somedays I do have my down days…….days I feel less than great, but more and more days are, well, like now…feelin’ content..

Am testing out a new shoe to me……I’ve never been a fan of anything ASICS…….but these, Nimbus 24, feel pretty good. Love the cushioning, I’m a stability guy, and these shoes aren’t, but these things feel good……not necessarily quicker, but I feel faster…..

So, yeah, this time week I’ll be done…..8K, yeah, big deal…but a part of all things getting good….
