Friday, a weekend in Vancouver, a run, doing the Running Room thing…..should be fun!

Tonight’s run is what I love doing…a group, a huge variety of runners, some stupid quick, some returning after a long absence……and yeah, it was fun….I could care less if I run quick, fast, slow, hard…..it has to be fun! Fun and social…the group, the gang……I find it way better to see and help others to see that, and to enjoy what we do, to share that……it’s just running….

Seriously … having the time of my life, the Running Room, the Sturgeon Valley Athletic Club, and friends…..feels so good
