A pretty sweet day…….used the road bike for transportation.

It’s simple, and easy 10 minute ride to the store, took the long way, added a pretty sweet hill on the way home

and then a fun 7K run in the bush and of road this evening…not a bad speed, 7:17 per K,

A good/great group……..three pretty distinct paces, and we all finished together……

And finally the group continues to grow…….I guess if you keep at it, and hope that people will join in, they well…you’ve gotta have faith……

Tomorrow we’re back at it, I am too…..I’ve a pretty busy day planned, which I guess that means by Thursday I’ll be ready for a rest day, or, well, dead?…….

The days just keep going well, a life well lived……onward and upward..
