Perfect…you wake up, you sell shoes, and have a good time doin’ it…..then you go for a run with friends, and just have fun.

It was just another 6K……a great group, a group of quicker runners, one slower, so fun paces…..a nice hill, and it felt so good…..

I want to start pshing the distances before the real winter arrives……the goal this week, as close to a 40 to 45K week as I can get, with at least 2 rest days……a big goal
