No way to says this other this day is the reason I love this life…

I woke up feeling down, really,well, bummed out which is the easiest way to put it…

But then I get to the RRoom store, started working, ordering discount coupons for my clinic guest speakers, packing up on-line orders to send away, even just mopping the floors made me feel so good…

Even just setting up the we’re open sign outside ths store doors felt awesome (my book of awesome?)

And then west to work, sold shoes, clothing, lots of customers, helping other runners…….

Answering emails, reaching out to and helping out run clinic folks, talking them through issues like gait, footstrike, shoes, talking about strength training…and oh yeah SNOW!!!!!!!

Then Run Club!!!!!!……it was dark, getting dark and then dark, and yes, it was getting ready to snow….a quick group, quicker than me, but trying to keep up made me quicker, makes me quicker…..stronger, there was a nice hill climb, a fun 6K……

oh yeah, and I managed to paint some of the interior of the house, so all good…

No pix today….it’s hard to take pictures in the dark, but all felt really really good, and so,

woke up depressed, now, ready for bed, feeling oh so groovy………
