Okay, so quit possibly the worst picture of me ever…yikes…at least the 7 behind me look in good shape

It was a good morning, a great run… and the finish to another good week.
A handful of good runs, my speed seems to be becoming more consistant, and me stronger…..that 17K last Sunday did two things..made me feel a bit stronger, but it also trashed my knees a bit….so, a visit to the physio will happen this week…..as well as getting that blood work done.
I know, I know, a 5 minute k is not in my future, but I’m happy making progress towards whatever…..
I’ve really got to get to distance…as in today should have been 10K…..so the goal for next week….longer runs, keep the speed up on those shorter runs, keep the hills coming….and start getting used to the season of ice and snow…..
and stay healthy…….
so this week?
tomorrow, a visit to the weight room, and an 1 hour spin class…
Tuesday….I’m getting blood work done, a 6K run after.
Wednesday will just be a longer run, maybe with a hill, closer to 10K than 5K……we’ll see
Thursday a strength training, another 5 or 6K run……
Friday, a visit to the physio…..maybe a swim, maybe another visit to the gym
Saturday….rest, recovery, and rest some more
Sunday…..a long run, let’s shoot for 12K……..maybe a swim
