Yep back in the saddle again this morning….45 minute spin class, and some strength training….
But yeah, the knees are a problem…the left one every so often when I sit down, and mabe stand up, the right, doesn’t feel right when I run, almost like the knee cap is floating, and then the pain spreads upwards and downwards through the shins……so
off to see the physio tomorrow morning…..I keep thinking, a lot of time on the foam roller, lots of squats and strength work….maybe, maybe there’ll just need some KT tape….
Two days of running felt okay, I can feel the right knee every so often, okay often, and spinning hurt a bit when I stood up to run on the peddles….
It looks like my run clubs are dying……maybe…seems the cold and dark is scaring people…I don’t get it, a lot of this group had run every winter, no matter what….now, I guess they’re waiting for summer?
There’s nothing on my immediate future…Vancouver in May….not sure if I’m doing the Hypo Half in February, ir even if there is a race….I keep thinking it may end up being virtual….I ain’t doing anything virtual…
So finger’s crossed, the visit to the physio turns out to be postive, I get to run tomorrow……that would be good……and work, work, work..
