Day 2 of 2023.

I was going to blog about what a great day I had…a fantasic lunch time spin class……and then a postive 5K run in the sun.

Then I started to think about, well everything.

The women of Iran, Afghanistan….the people of Ukraine, men and women and children there….the women and children here, will probably never see their fathers and husbands who are over there again…..

Africa, a three year drought, no rain for 3 years…..livestock dying, people, children dying…..

I keep thinking, I’ve been addicted to the news for most of my life….you wnat to think things will get better….64 years, the trouble with normal is that it wonly gets worse…..and when you think it can’t get worse, it does.
