A good day though……….

I do what I do, because I love what I do…

Began with a customer having bought the wrong shoes for her, on-line.

After a quick chat, understanding what she needed, she started with a Brooks Ghost wide, left with a pair of New Balance 860s…happy.

Next, customer with a Nike fetish, but needing something…cushioning for the treadmill. with a little structure and support…bring on the ASICS Nimbus…..

Yeah, cleaned up the floor, sent out a few on-line orders, and then, time for a run

What a great day for it..yep, forgot to start up the Garmin at the start and lost logging in that first kilometer, but still managed just over 6K……..I was over dressed, and eventually over heated……but, I felt okay enough to run…

That’s the thing about running…….those first steps, everything just feels right. I wasn’t sure a run was what I needed, but, once I took the first step, I started picking the route, changing as I went along….yeah, why not start with a hill….and then, well, carry on…..yeah, I was a bit pissed when I realized I forgot to press start on my Garmin at the start, bit oh well….logging and documenting doesn’t mean much…..it’s what you do…

So you finish the run, you get back to the store, sell a few more shoes….and yeah, feels so good….
