
Okay so not the best picture ever…..but that’s St. Albert…
I’ve been trying to get our old old run club back together, one piece at a time…..and tonight was a pretty good part of it…
a variety of paces, abilities….fast, slower…I went out with the new to running runners..actuall getting back to running after a break , and then finished up with a short run on my own……
I know others will be joining in the weeks to come…so a success…

my photography needs a little work, but such a fun evening, maybe even relaxing….this is the stuff that inspires the heck out of me……and probably why I do this…
I love the running, swimming, biking, and everything else that surronds my active or the active part of my life…
I am still working on rebuilding Warren, an ongoing process….I have to stop restarting it though…though, today, January 25th…how about I make that another start, another beginning…
I’ve 92 days to the BMO Vancouver Half Marathon…..I’m pretty excited about that…I’ve a 10K race, the Hypo Half weekend on February 5th…and then, well, the long term goal is the Edmonton Marathon in August….and after that, I want to make that my life, marathons…..
I really would like to get back to triathlons, but, I’ve been having issues squeezing in bike training, and swimming, and still running…..I seem to spend most of my life planning out training plans, and mapping out running routes…can I live with 3 runs, 3 swims and 3 spins a week?…..
if that’s part of my rebuild…well, tomorrow, I run…and I’ll add a swim…the weekend….a spin and a run…can I add a swim?…I will think about it..
