
A pretty great day….began with a 30 minute of strength training…smith bench, db bench, seated rows, a few reps lat pull downs…
and then a 45 minute spin class…..which was sweat fest blast..and then back to the weights……leg press, curls, extensions, seated press, db curls, tri pushdown, calf raises……like the best morning ever….
lots of clinic work, which included a Zoom meet with my learn to runners and my fave physio as guest speaker, dinner with the family……
and well…decided tonight, do I really need to watch the news all the time…I’m a new junkie…..so, for 75 days, no news, no newspapers, no 24 hour news channels…only 30 minutes in the morning local news, 30 minutes 6PM news..and that’s it…for 75 days, which I think takes me to April 25th……it’s not a diet, but a diet of news…
I can’t seriously do two 45 minute work outs a day every day for 75 days….I still need my rest and recovery days……
lots of water sure for 75 days, I read every day anyway already…..my diet is pretty much healthy, so cutting out non-food and junk for 75 days isn’t an issue…..can I do 75 workouts in 75 days, sure…so um, 75 days ends April 25th….here we go…the frustraited runner’s gonna be about that…
And that’s good..I’ve a few events before then..a 10K St Patrick’s Day run, a 10 Miler on April 23rd…I’ve got other races and triathlons to work towards…….so great…I’ll throw a lof of variety into the workout mix…..
75 days, here we go….heck, I’m working towards 100 workout in 100 days already, I’m a bit behind, but a few two a days and I’ll be back on track…here we go…….and tomorrow, Taco Friday!
