Began the day this morning, spinning on me bike…the good old Felt on my trainer watching videos….

Ended the day running in the dark through our woods…..

and yep, head lights and we’re reflective…and omg fast….this is what a day should be like….

my pass felt quick, like 6: 24 pace, but ended up being 7:12…I guess we stopped at a couple crossings, and there was a trail….

Loved it all….a little cooler, maybe -7C……and I wasn’t sure I was up for anything this evening…the head hursts, and I felt kind of like the flu this evening…….but am so glad I went out…..we had a good fast group, and I made up a pretty great route…..trails, paths…and yes, there was ice….
