So, yep, still digging through the vaults…at one time I got into B&W photography, liked it..still do….I guess they just seem more pure…

These were taken at two different times in Vancouver……Darby was at the Commodore, Lemmy at the Pacific Coliseum…. not sure of the years, but early 80s…..

Man I was close!….she’s a voice that was/is like no other…the band, the Headpins…..someone once said like a hurricane….turned out good..

Yep, Motorhead……..the late great Lemmy……I think this was later in Motorhead’s history after Fast Eddie had left the band……

Yep, we got out for our run last night…the weather’s still not bad, not hot, but not stupid cold……and a fun 6K…..yes, it will get colder, but was happy to get out after an extended break…..it wasn’t as fast as I’d like, but I ran with a new member to the group, and it was good, I felt strong…time to get back in the act.

We did some intervals, not exactly not 10 and 1s (10 minute run, 1 minute walk) but it was good, it’s going to be a good winter…

I’d like to run today, don’t really feel up to it though…maybe later
