So, yeah rain……

It’s Wednesday night Run Club…no matter what, because it’s my run club I kind of have to show up…..

I have to say though, the way it was coming down last evening, at 6PM I had my doubts….I was sitting in the Kona in the parking lot, kind of hoping no one else would show up…it wasn’t really raining cats and dogs, but it was having it’s moments.

And yep, runners showed up, because that’s what they do, which was fine….we had the speed demons which was great, and we had our trio of those getting back into the routine, so we did 2 minute intervals for just over 5K….which felt great…and then coffee after…a perfect run evening…..

Was I glad I showed up, yep, after, I wondered what I was worried about……..
